Ruth Ly is our Office Manager and most exemplifies the true spirit of our law firm - an emphasis on customer service, a genuine desire to help others and creating synergistic results for our clients. Ruth integrated well into the team and she had an immediate positive impact upon joining in January 2017; she helped in increasing all-around productivity and strengthening communication lines between our clients and their attorneys.

Ruth's strengths lie in her sincere interest in connecting with others and being able to make a difference in their lives. She exhibits universal respect and care towards everyone - client, co-worker, courts, anyone. Her compassion and emphasis on effective communication makes her a unique and effective leader.

Starting initially as our Receptionist, Ruth transitioned into the role of Office Manager as her responsibilities evolved and became greater. No matter how daunting the task or project may be, she is sure to do her best to achieve success. It is this underlying character trait that has made Ruth an integral part of our team and an irreplaceable asset.

Ruth is a Washington State native, having spent most of her childhood on the South side of Washington and obtaining her BA in Social Welfare from the University of Washington in Tacoma. The Pacific Northwest is perfect for her as she enjoys the balance of city and nature - allowing her to easily transition between outdoor activities, exercising and traveling. Currently, she resides in SeaTac with her husband and has a 1 year old daughter.
